








Old World Sourdough -Boule
My Old World Sourdough Boule is made with only 4 ingredients. It is cooked in an American made cast iron dutch oven, to create a thick crust and a soft inside. Our sourdough starter is a 7 year old starter that has been fermenting to create a old world sourdough taste and smell.
Loafs are large and when center cut sandwich size is 6-8” long. Loafs can be frozen or kept in fridge to keep fresh.

Organic Starter
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Reverse Osmosis Well Water
